How to Join MLS PIN
Thank you for your interest in MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN). Should you decide to join MLS PIN, you will be a part of the fastest growing, most comprehensive MLS in New England.

Instructions for New Subscribers/Agents
Membership Requirements:
Subscription in MLS PIN is available to non-principal brokers, sales licensees, certified appraisers or licensed trainee appraisers affiliated with a Participant who are authorized by MLS PIN.

If you are a new agent joining an office that already subscribes to the MLS PIN service, please submit the following:
- A copy of your sales or appraisal license
 New Subscribers Form (signed by the manager or principal of your office)
- Direct Payment Form
* Required for all new/reactivating subscribers

After MLS PIN receives the signed form, we will process your application and issue you an ID# and confidential password for accessing the system. Your ID# and password will be mailed to you, along with other important information such as the schedule for our free computer training courses, listing input forms and our Rules & Regulations.
Inform your local newspaper that you have joined MLS Property Information Network.

Instructions for New Principals/Offices
Membership Requirements:
Participation in MLS PIN is
available only to a licensed real estate
broker or a licensed or certified real
estate appraiser that under such licensure or
certification, is engaged actively, or in good faith
advertises or holds itself out to be engaged actively,
in the real estate profession, either by buying, selling,
exchanging, renting or leasing, appraising, building,
developing or subdividing real estate, in each case for
another person and for a fee, commission or other
valuable consideration, or with the intention or in the
expectation or upon the promise of receiving or
collecting a fee, commission or other valuable
consideration.

If you are a new company interested in joining MLS PIN, please submit the following:
- A copy of your broker's or appraisal license
- A letter of good standing from your Board of REALTORS ® (if this applies)
- Participant Application Form
- All Subscriber Information Forms (this form is used for any subscribers affiliated with the office)
- Direct Payment Form
