A REALTOR® owned Multiple Listing Service, Property Information Network (MLS PIN)
was incorporated in 1997. The corporation has grown its subscriber base from 11,000 to approximately 27,645 licensed real estate professionals.
Originating in Worcester, Massachusetts, MLS PIN re-located to Shrewsbury, MA, so
that there is a more convenient and central location for our customers. Training
is also offered at various facilities throughout the state, as well, for customer
convenience.
MLS PIN is the largest Multiple Listing Service in New England and one of the largest
in the nation. We offer a database of over 36,775 properties
for sale and more than one million off-market listings, as well as full public records
for all of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and other areas of New England.
MLS PIN offers the best technology available with the next generation of our own
in-house developed MLS application, Pinergy, launched in
November of 2011. Other significant services include property updates
to the national website REALTOR.com®, real-time property matches to buyers and sellers,
and complimentary listing transfers to third-party newspapers and websites, locally
and nationally. MLS PIN recently launched a Mobile Solution available to all its
customers free of charge, and EAS, an application available exclusively to MLS PIN
licensed appraisers.
Kathleen E. Condon, President and CEO, has served
in this position since the corporation’s inception and our organization currently
has over 50 employees.
