Our Representatives are ready to meet with you at your office to deliver personalized
training, at your convenience. They offer professional, knowledgeable and experienced
instruction on Pinergy and other MLS PIN-related topics. Look for our team at your
local association meetings and events.
“I believe our customers need friendly, knowledgeable contacts who genuinely care.
That’s what I aim to provide.”
What’s your favorite part of teaching?
I enjoy helping people develop the skills they need to be more successful.
Biggest “Aha” moment:
When I realized how much customers really do appreciate having me visit their offices
to speak at their meetings or to conduct training sessions.
Favorite Pinergy Feature:
I believe Client Management is perhaps the single best feature of Pinergy
Industry Experience:
My real estate experience began in 1989 with the Greater Springfield Association
of REALTORS®, working in their MLS and Education departments for five years. In
1994, I accepted a position with Moore Data Management Services and provided technical
support and training to Bay State MLS. I eventually became the on-site Systems Support
Representative for Bay State MLS and then MLS PIN. I joined MLS PIN in 2002. Since
then, I’ve provided technical support, customer service, and training. I became
one of our first Account Representatives in 2006.
The Gadget I can't live without:
My French chef’s knife. No kitchen should be without one.
The hottest swag item in the trunk of my car right now:
Well, that would be the screen-cleaning widget.

“It is important that our customers know they have a resource not only to assist
them with system navigation, but also to listen and communicate any feedback they
may have about our products and services.”
What’s your favorite part of teaching?
It is truly a rewarding experience to interact with our customers in the classroom
setting. My favorite part of teaching is being able to witness the moment our customers
comprehend the material being taught.
Biggest “Aha” moment:
Realizing that what works for one customer may not work for another. I now teach
with a variety of techniques, so that everyone walks away with a clear understanding
of how to use the information in the real world.
Must-Learn Pinergy Feature:
Advanced Criteria is the area of the system that narrows down search results to
pull up listings that match their client’s exact criteria. Acclimating to this area
of the system can be a huge time saver!
Industry Experience:
Prior to heading out into the field as an Account Representative, I worked in-house
at MLS PIN in our Customer Service/Technical Support and Quality Assurance Departments
for five years.
The Gadget I can’t live without:
My GPS. I am thankful to be able to venture out to new places on a regular basis,
but without my GPS I’d be lost, literally.
The hottest swag item in the trunk of my car right now:
MLS PIN cookies are always a hit!
“It’s important to me that our customers become experts at using Pinergy in a way
that saves them time and increases their productivity.”
What’s your favorite part of teaching?
When I see someone get excited about learning how to use our Pinergy system.
Biggest “Aha” moment:
After hearing a speech by the President of my son’s college, I re-defined my goals
for training from “covering all the material” to “making sure everyone learns as
much as they can.” In other words, it’s more important to teach the students, rather
than the curriculum.
Bet you didn’t know Pinergy can:
Help you create and label mailing lists from public assessment records.
Industry Experience:
I’ve been with MLS PIN since 2001 starting out in our Technical Support Department.
The Gadget I can’t live without:
My “i-devices.”
The hottest swag item in the trunk of my car right now:
Calculators - and I am running low.
