Position: Application Developer - Level 2
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reporting To: Development Manager

Core Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the data access layer of an n-tier application.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve reported defects in a timely manner.
- Ability to design and develop in a group or independently.
Required qualifications for this position:
At least 3 years' experience developing software in a Microsoft environment (VB.NET, SQL Server), with demonstrable understanding of the .NET Framework including VB.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server, collections, caching, etc.
At least 2 years' experience developing n-Tier applications.
At least 2 years' experience with hands-on SQL Server development (T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views).
Practical experience with agile development and software design concepts.
Written and verbal English skills.
Skills/Knowledge:
ASP.NET in VB.NET Classic ASP HTML, CSS, JavaScript AJAX with .NET Web Services XML/XSLT Template-driven systems, ASP.NET Themes & Skins Working in n-Tier architectures Real Estate technology, online listing systems, IDX, VOW, RETS

Position: Outside Sales Representative - Cape Cod
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reporting To: Sales Manager

Core Responsibilities:
- Full Time Outside Sales Representative position available. This position is charged with expanding our customer base in the Cape Cod/Southern Mass area. Duties include finding, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with customers and potential customers; call on and schedule face-to-face contact with decision influencers and decision makers; plan, organize and implement innovative sales strategies. Ideal candidate will be a professional, motivated individual with at least two years of successful outside sales experience. Real estate industry experience preferred, but will train the right individual.
Skills/Knowledge:
Proven outside sales skills. Real Estate knowledge is a plus.
Hours:
8-5 Monday-Friday
