and publications. By taking advantage of this easy and complimentary marketing tool,
your listings can be viewed on websites such as Boston.com,
Homes.com, The New York Times, and many more!
We are proud to be the first MLS in the nation to offer this direct transfer of
listings for our customers to the real estate sites, Trulia,
Zillow, and HGTV’s FrontDoor.com.
To send your listings to any of these third party marketing partners, just ask your
Broker to login to Pinergy today. It’s easy to do!
Remember that only the Broker/Owner of each office has the ability to select a transfer
of listings and/or open houses to any third-party by using the following steps:
- Log into Pinergy
- Select the Tools icon
- Select 3rd Party Data Transfers
- Select a Marketing Partner
- Check the box at the bottom of the page (Offices)
- Don't forget to SAVE
**In order to reverse your selection, simply remove the check from the box at any
time.
