H3MLS IDX Change Allows for Addresses
The MLS PIN Rules and Regulations were recently amended to allow for the display of addresses on IDX websites. This change was made to allow our customers the choice to provide additional information to consumers.
In conjunction with this recent Rule change the H3 IDX options have officially been updated to allow you to display addresses on your IDX site. If you wish to display addresses, you must go into Tools, then IDX Search Options. You will have the ability to display addresses on the Summary (or Results) display and the Details display. This is not mandatory, it is optional. You may choose to display addresses on both pages, either page, or none of the pages. To display addresses on the Results page, simply click on the Results tab and to display addresses on the Details page, you will need to click on the Details tab and then choose “Yes” for Show Addresses.
