MLS PIN Lets You “EAS” into the Fannie Mae Form 1004MC Required for Appraisals
New Program for Appraisers and Trainees Automatically Calculates and Completes Form

MLS PIN is pleased to introduce Essential Appraisal Solution (EAS) in beta version.  EAS is a brand new appraisal application designed to help MLS PIN customers comply with the new Fannie Mae Market Conditions Addendum to the Appraisal Report (Form 1004MC).  This form is required with all mortgage loan appraisals of one to four unit properties effective April 1, 2009.  We have developed a special application for Appraisers and Trainees to automate the completion of this form.

EAS allows you to search for comparables in a market snapshot search within the three timeframes required for the Form 1004MC, and to use those search results to automatically calculate and fill-in the required form.  It compiles all of the data for you, and even allows an upload of your signature for quick and easy completion.  Advanced searches, primary radius searches, easily flagged REO properties, as well as chart views are all included, and your final results will be a PDF file.  Imagine the hours of valuable time you will save!
