1.  Attachment C – Acceptable Fields for Display on a Public Access Website (IDX).  The following fields were added:
For Single Family and Multi-Family:

                                    Assessed Value
                                    Taxes
                                    Tax Year
                                    Year Built

            For Condominiums and Co-ops:

                                    Assessed Value
                                    Taxes
                                    Tax Year

2.  Language was added to permit the dual listing of a property for sale by one brokerage firm and for rent by a different brokerage firm.  This “co-exclusive” arrangement is only permitted when one of the listings is for a sale and the other is for rent.  It will not be allowed for two different offices who are offering the same listing for sale.  Additionally, both brokerage firms and the seller must sign the Co-Exclusive Listing Form and then file that form with PIN prior to entering the second listing.
