Kathy Condon recognized as woman of distinction
Kathy Condon, CEO of MLS Property Information Network, Inc. has been awarded the 2007 Women of Distinction Award for her outstanding work as a role model to her peers and young girls throughout Central Massachusetts.
The award, given by the Girl Scouts of Montachusett, recognizes strong women who demonstrate courage, character and confidence. Condon is one of the most recognized leaders in the real estate industry today. Originally hired as Director of Operations in 1999 for MLS PIN, she has grown its subscriber base from 11,000 to more than 30,000 licensed real estate professionals. MLS PIN works with shelters and other housing related organizations to assist in providing shelter and basic needs for the homeless of Massachusetts. Recently, Condon spent a day cleaning and doing other volunteer work in City Park of New Orleans during the National Association of REALTORS® national convention. Condon was elected to the board of directors of the Council of Multiple Listing Services in 2006. She also serves as a volunteer trustee for her Condominium Association.
Each year, the Montachusett Girl Scouts honors 25 women from Central, MA. The award was presented at the 15th annual Women of Distinction luncheon on April 10 at the Beechwood Hotel in Worcester.
