Overview: What is H3?
H3 is a complete Multiple Listing System designed by MLS PIN for its various customers throughout New England. Created as a direct result of massive customer feedback over the course of MLS PIN's existence and the product lives of its previous offerings, H3 is a system designed for the way its users operate as opposed to being a rigid system that users need to adapt to.
H3 addresses such business paradigms as IDX, VOW, RETS, as well as having the ability to interface with various other real estate products and software. H3 is an MLS system built with today's technology with today's real estate professional in mind!

MLS PIN found an ever-increasing need to create an MLS solution that was tailored to the real estate industry in New England and the nuances of its operation. Rather than settle for another software company's "out-of-the-box" software, MLS PIN took upon itself the enormous task of designing its own MLS solution from the ground up.
