Every 15 minutes, Pinergy’s Contact Manager checks for new feedback submitted for any of your Contacts’ property matches, and Pinergy emails any feedback it finds to you. Now when you reply to a feedback email, your message will be sent to the Contact who had submitted the feedback. If multiple feedback messages were submitted by the same Contact within the same 15-minute period, all of those messages will be included in one email sent to you. And feedback emails are specific to individual Contacts, so your replies always will be sent to the proper Contact.
