Cloud CMA Features and Benefits
This class will focus on using Cloud CMA to produce PDF reports and interactive presentations for a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) and a Buyer Tour. Cloud CMA’s Property Reports, Flyers, and settings will be covered as well. Please note that this session will not be focused on how to select the best comps for a CMA. All of these Cloud CMA features are included with your MLS PIN subscription.

Finding Success with Pinergy’s Search
This class will show how to use Pinergy’s responsive Search, summary views, and listing detail reports to find and work with property listings in Pinergy’s database. Report customization options and the action buttons to View, Email, Print, PDF, etc. will be covered. Links to Remine, realtor.com Professional Search, RPR, Public Records, etc. will be explored as well.
Duration: 2.5 hours
New Agent Essentials
This all-day class is designed to get new agents quickly up to speed with using the Pinergy MLS system to find properties and automate listing matches sent to Contacts. Attendees will be shown how to set up features in Pinergy’s Options & Settings that will be used and viewed throughout the session. The main focus will be introducing all participants to Pinergy’s Search and Search Results features, including finding, emailing, printing, and tracking listings—which are essential. Last, we will demonstrate how to enter a Contact into Pinergy to receive automated listing updates, allowing you to work smarter, not harder.
Duration: 5 hours (with lunch break)
Note: There will be a mid-day break, but lunch will not be provided.
Pinergy’s CMA
This class will focus on using Pinergy’s CMA tool to perform a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for a property and customize its final CMA package. Please note that this session will not be focused on how to select the best comps for a CMA.

Pinergy's Contact Management
This class will focus on entering and maintaining your Contacts within the Pinergy MLS system. You will learn how to create and edit Contacts, how to create, attach, and edit Contact property searches, and how to manage and back up your Contacts’ information. The class also will cover how to apply default or individualized Contact settings, assign Contacts to categories, and how to monitor your Contacts’ activity and potential interest in particular properties.

Pinergy’s Listing Management
This class will give you an in-depth look at how to enter and manage your listings within Pinergy. We will review the basics of listing input, photo management, and some of MLS PIN’s Rules & Regulations pertaining to listings management. Included is a visual walk-through of posting your listings to popular social media sites such as Facebook.

Remine Basics
Remine is a property intelligence platform that combines data from MLS PIN and other sources into a comprehensive map-based property search. Attendees will learn how to use Remine’s “Starter Plan” features (included with your MLS PIN subscription) to search for property information, to create carts for tracking and sharing property details and for sending targeted mailings to a farm area, and to create a contact database for interacting with customers through Remine.

Virtual Office Website
This class will give you a hands-on introduction to the tools available in Pinergy for customizing your Virtual Office Website (VOW). We will also discuss topics such as domain names, search engine optimization (SEO), HTML, and using your VOW to market yourself as a real estate professional.

Pinergy’s Hot Sheets – Webinar
Join us for a webinar that will show you how to use Pinergy’s Hot Sheets module to stay on top of changes in any local market that you are interested in. You will learn how to create hot sheets using all the search criteria you are used to, including the radius search as well as the map search. We also will show you how to set up text and email alerts to notify you when changes that you are interested in occur. Last, we will make sure you know how to run, edit, and delete any hot sheets you have created.

Pinergy’s Market Reports – Webinar
Explore with us what market reports are available and where they can be found within Pinergy. Attendees will have the opportunity to observe what information is included in each report as we walk through how to create a report, how to save report criteria for future use, and how to run and maintain saved reports. We will also demonstrate how you can download or print the data from reports you have run.

Pinergy’s Public Records – Webinar
Join us to learn how to leverage the Public Records database in this 1-hour webinar. Use more than 2.5 million property records (in MA alone!) to search by owner name, address, and radius to access mortgage information, tax information, property history, and more. We will use public records as well as search results in Pinergy to create farming lists and mailing labels. We will then work with those properties by viewing and customizing results, saving and downloading properties, and more.

What’s Your Status? – Webinar
This webinar defines and explains all the various statuses for property listings. Attendees will learn the differences between on-market and off-market listings, which statuses are temporarily applied to listings, requirements to change statuses, plus any restrictions or rules involving showings. Examples of listings and their respective market histories will be used for clarification of each status.
