MLS PIN has been made aware of recent scams nationally and, most recently, here in MA that involve individuals contacting a real estate professional to list a vacant lot for sale. These individuals are not the owner or authority to sell said property. Most often, these situations are for vacant land or a vacant home, and the communication is via email, text, or phone call.
