  • Why should I set up a SupraWEB account?

    SupraWEB (www.supraekey.com) allows you to view and update your billing information, manage your lockbox inventory, generate authorization codes, and more.


    To set up your account, you will need your eKEY serial # (located at the top of your app


    screen) and your 4-digit PIN # to obtain keys. Choose MA – MLS PIN.



  • How do I change my billing information?

    Log in to SupraWEB (www.supraekey.com), or contact Supra’s Agent Support at 877-699-6787, 7 days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for assistance.

  • I practice real estate in other states that use the Supra system. How do I add my MLS PIN-leased eKEY app as a cooperating key to other systems for free?

    Complete and submit the Supra New Hampshire or Vermont Form to use your eKEY in New Hampshire or Vermont.

  • Can I use my eKEY app on multiple smart devices?

    No. For security reasons, Supra doesn’t allow the eKEY app to be used on multiple devices.

  • How do I use my Apple Watch with the eKEY app?

  • How much are the Supra electronic BT LE lockboxes?

    MLS PIN is currently offering the BT LE electronic lockboxes at $99 per box, plus shipping– see order form below, or contact one of the local boards/associations to purchase in person. Checks are accepted only at the boards/associations. MLS PIN accepts checks or credit cards for lockbox purchases.

  • How do I receive showing notifications for my listings that have a Supra BT LE lockbox on the property?

  • What are the lockbox timed access hours?

    eKEY app keyholders can program their own lockboxes to either 24-hour access or the timed access hours below or custom hours via the eKEY app:


    • 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (March through October)
    • 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (November through March)

  • Will MLS PIN buy back my Supra BT LE lockboxes?

    MLS PIN does not buy back the lockboxes; however, you can sell them within Massachusetts to another keyholder and provide them with the transfer form so ownership can be transferred within the Supra system. You will need to send a completed Lockbox Transfer Form to MLS PIN.

  • How do I transfer ownership of my BT LE lockbox?

    To transfer lockbox ownership, complete and submit the Lockbox Transfer Form.
