From Creation to Upload: Adding Floor Plans in Pinergy

Buyers value floor plans when viewing properties online — but how do you add one to your listing in Pinergy? First, you need to create the floor plan. This can be done in a number of ways, including using CubiCasa to generate quick, free floor plans. Once you have a floor plan, you can use Pinergy’s Photo Manager to upload it as a listing photo (and label it "Floor Plan"), provided it’s in a supported image format (JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, or BMP). You can upload it as an attached “Floor Plan” document if it’s in a Word, Excel, PDF, or TIF file. CubiCasa’s free floor plans are available as JPG, PNG, and PDF files for these two options. If your floor plan meets the required criteria, you may also attach it as a virtual tour. One example is the interactive CubiCasa Tour, available at a discount for MLS PIN customers.

Pinergy Listing Enhancements You’ve Been Asking For

Thanks to your feedback, several new features were recently made to Pinergy listings to improve accuracy and highlight key property details. Single-family, condominium, multifamily, and mobile home listings now feature two new flooring options: “Luxury Vinyl Plank / LVP” and “Luxury Vinyl Tile / LVT.” These same property types also have a new Power Production field, Approximate Monthly Lease Payment, which becomes required when any “3rd Party Owned” Power Production Type is selected. These enhancements are designed to help you showcase your listings more effectively and make it easier for homebuyers to find the perfect match.
