Pinergy’s new Hot Sheets module is hot stuff, and we’ve created a special limited-time WEBINAR to bring you up to speed with it. Much of the process will be familiar; Hot Sheets has borrowed aspects of Pinergy’s Search and Search Results, so you’ll be right at home using it. But in the webinar, you’ll learn how to get email and text alerts on hot sheet properties as often as every 15 minutes, plus methods for tweaking your results to display and download in ways that fit your workflow. We’ve also created a how-to VIDEO and a helpful FLYER to get you acquainted with the new features. Thanks to your feedback, several new features were recently made to Pinergy listings to improve accuracy and highlight key property details. Single-family, condominium, multifamily, and mobile home listings now feature two new flooring options: “Luxury Vinyl Plank / LVP” and “Luxury Vinyl Tile / LVT.” These same property types also have a new Power Production field, Approximate Monthly Lease Payment, which becomes required when any “3rd Party Owned” Power Production Type is selected. These enhancements are designed to help you showcase your listings more effectively and make it easier for homebuyers to find the perfect match.
