How’s This for Wicked Smart? AI Photo Analysis in Pinergy Is Now Live!

As part of our mission to provide innovative technology to our subscribers, we’ve just released a new tool to help you streamline the listing input process! With the power of AI photo analysis, you can now create listings using the new Restb.ai “AI Generate” button in Pinergy’s Listings. Clicking it allows Restb.ai to analyze listing photos to identify what rooms are present, what interior and exterior features exist, what materials are used, and more. Restb.ai labels the photos and selects identified features in the listing input form automatically, needing only manual verification once complete. For a visual overview of the process, view our instructions here. In phase 2, you also will be able to add AI-generated human-like public remarks based on your photos and listing data, saving you both time and effort. We’re confident Restb.ai’s AI technology will save agents and admins countless hours of listing input and will result in greater listing accuracy!

We’ve added another time-saving improvement to Pinergy! The Photo Summary view for single-family, condominium, mobile home, and residential rental listings now includes a complete list of all rooms specified in each listing. This list appears just before the public remarks, allowing you to quickly see which rooms are included—without having to view separate detail reports for each listing in your search results. It’s a simple way to spot listings that feature a den, home office, loft, or other special rooms right from your search results.

We just released Mobile Search beta, a new streamlined Pinergy search interface optimized for mobile phones. Sign in to Pinergy using your mobile phone and tap the new Mobile Search tile to try it out. Tap the search criteria to build your search, and tap the Search Now button to view your results. Tapping the New button at the top of the page will start a new search, and tapping the red Beta button will show what’s in the works for future updates. If you’re not ready to try Mobile Search beta, that’s OK. You still can use Pinergy’s familiar, responsive Search on your mobile phone.

More Room in Pinergy for Your Listings’ Schools

Schools are so important to many buyers. By popular request, we’ve doubled the size of the Grade School, Middle School, and High School fields for listings in Pinergy. These fields now can handle up to 30 characters each, so longer school names or multiple schools can be included when needed. Pinergy is back to school early this year!
