New Pinergy Features You Might Have Missed in 2023

As MLS PIN says goodbye to a busy 2023, we’d like to remind you of the updates we released this year to modernize and upgrade features you rely on in Pinergy. The latest Pinergy modules to get the “responsive” treatment (to work nearly identically on phones, tablets, and desktops) include Property History, the new Hot Sheets module, Public Records, and most recently, Agent/Office Rosters. In many cases, we added new features to go along with the responsive design! We also released other, brand-new Pinergy advancements this year, like the Power Search bar on every Pinergy page, a Search page dropdown menu of your ten most recent searches, and the ability to make your Search and Search Results map views full-screen. Finally, we partnered with the social media advertising service Boost, which you can access from Pinergy’s Tools, Quick Links, and Listings Manager. DepositLink Help Center: Quick Answers for Faster Payments

To help you get started, DepositLink offers a Help Center filled with articles, videos, FAQs, flyers, and more. This includes dedicated How to Videos that show step-by-step how to request earnest money, commissions, rental deposits, and other common real estate payments. You can access DepositLink in Pinergy’s Quick Links, in Tools, and within your listings in Listings Manager.

From Creation to Upload: Adding Floor Plans in Pinergy

Buyers value floor plans when viewing properties online — but how do you add one to your listing in Pinergy? First, you need to create the floor plan. This can be done in a number of ways, including using CubiCasa to generate quick, free floor plans . Once you have a floor plan, you can use Pinergy’s Photo Manager to upload it as a listing photo (and label it "Floor Plan"), provided it’s in a supported image format (JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, or BMP). You can upload it as an attached “Floor Plan” document if it’s in a Word, Excel, PDF, or TIF file. CubiCasa’s free floor plans are available as JPG, PNG, and PDF files for these two options. If your floor plan meets the required criteria, you may also attach it as a virtual tour. One example is the interactive CubiCasa Tour, available at a discount for MLS PIN customers. Give buyers the information they’re looking for and enhance your listings with one or more floor plans using CubiCasa.

Pinergy’s Power Search has been enhanced to bring listings and public records together in a single, streamlined experience. With this update, it’s easier than ever to find exactly what you need without switching between tools. Enter an address or even a partial address to see all related listings and public records in one set of results. From there, select a list number or property address to open listing details or an Assessment and Sales Report. You can also quickly refine your results to show only listings or only public records with a single click or tap.
