Our New “Power Search” Finds Listings Quickly from Any Pinergy Page

Floor plans are one of the most valuable tools for helping buyers understand a property’s size, layout, and flow. Soon, Pinergy will make them even easier to access with the introduction of the new floor plan gallery. Listings that include one or more floor plans in the photo gallery will display a floor plan icon, making them easy to identify. Selecting the icon will open a dedicated gallery featuring only the listing’s floor plans, creating a quicker and more convenient experience.  Stay tuned for updates on this exciting new feature.

When it comes to parking, getting the full picture matters. Pinergy’s Full Report, Public Report, Public Report-Brief, and Thumbnail Report have been updated to display garage spaces and total parking spaces . In the past, these reports showed garage spaces and other parking spaces separately. This change brings classic listing views in line with other areas of Pinergy, making parking information more consistent and easier to understand. A small change that makes parking data a little easier to read and a lot easier to compare.

DepositLink simplifies requesting and sending common real estate payments. Even better, brokers and agents use it at no cost. To help you get started, DepositLink offers a Help Center filled with articles, videos, FAQs, flyers, and more. This includes dedicated How to Videos that show step-by-step how to request earnest money, commissions, rental deposits, and other common real estate payments. You can access DepositLink in Pinergy’s Quick Links, in Tools, and within your listings in Listings Manager.

Buyers value floor plans when viewing properties online — but how do you add one to your listing in Pinergy? First, you need to create the floor plan. This can be done in a number of ways, including using CubiCasa to generate quick, free floor plans . Once you have a floor plan, you can use Pinergy’s Photo Manager to upload it as a listing photo (and label it "Floor Plan"), provided it’s in a supported image format (JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, or BMP). You can upload it as an attached “Floor Plan” document if it’s in a Word, Excel, PDF, or TIF file. CubiCasa’s free floor plans are available as JPG, PNG, and PDF files for these two options.
