Erm Grasso is president and chief executive officer of MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN), the largest MLS in New England and one of the largest in the nation. Grasso brings to MLS PIN an experienced broker’s perspective, having worked for 18 years at Coldwell Banker Realty, most recently as regional vice president of the Boston region, managing 15 offices and over 1,500 sales associates. Grasso’s track record of creating growth and delivering results catapulted the Boston region to one of the top regions in Coldwell Banker nationally. A native New Englander, he understands the area’s culture and unique needs and brings over 22 years of sales and operations management accomplishments that demonstrate his ability to grow business. In 2024, he was recognized as one of the nation’s most powerful leaders in real estate by his inclusion in the annual Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) list, a national ranking of residential real estate’s top leaders. Grasso graduated from Merrimack College in North Andover with a BS degree.
