Chief Operating Officer
As MLS PIN’s Chief Operating Officer, Holly provides leadership, management, and technical vision while focusing on organizational excellence and its alignment with the company’s goals. Holly’s role is to ensure continued company growth through proper operational controls and administrative and compliance procedures while employing an effective staffing system. She supports our internal day-to-day operations by motivating and leading high-performance teams responsible for software and product development, software quality assurance, internal operations, public records, human resources, and administration.
Holly holds an MBA in Management from Assumption University and an undergraduate degree from Becker College. She has earned the Council of Multiple Listing Services’ CMLX3 designation and serves on the CMLS 2020 Conference Committee. Holly is a member of the RESO Standards Organization and serves on several workgroups. Holly also serves on the Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships HELIX PVAP Advisory Committee. She is an official for the Town of Rutland, MA, serving on the Board of Registrars.
