Pinergy has doubled the maximum number of listings that can be viewed in search and hot sheet results, from 500 to 1,000! So now you can effectively work with larger sets of listings from your search or hot sheet using Pinergy’s summary views and the tools they offer. Change the sorting or customize a line view. Use the blue Delete and Keep buttons to tailor your results to exactly what you want. Select the chevron in the blue property type heading to hide those listings and show only their summary statistics (and select the chevron to show the listings again). Click the blue Stats button for listing statistics. Click the blue Download button for a text file you can use to generate your own statistics.
