Pinergy has doubled the maximum number of listings that can be viewed in search and hot sheet results, from 500 to 1,000! So now you can effectively work with larger sets of listings from your search or hot sheet using Pinergy’s summary views and the tools they offer. Change the sorting or customize a line view. Use the blue Delete and Keep buttons to tailor your results to exactly what you want. Select the chevron in the blue property type heading to hide those listings and show only their summary statistics (and select the chevron to show the listings again). Click the blue Stats button for listing statistics. Click the blue Download button for a text file you can use to generate your own statistics. Buyers value floor plans when viewing properties online — but how do you add one to your listing in Pinergy? First, you need to create the floor plan. This can be done in a number of ways, including using CubiCasa to generate quick, free floor plans . Once you have a floor plan, you can use Pinergy’s Photo Manager to upload it as a listing photo (and label it "Floor Plan"), provided it’s in a supported image format (JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, or BMP). You can upload it as an attached “Floor Plan” document if it’s in a Word, Excel, PDF, or TIF file. CubiCasa’s free floor plans are available as JPG, PNG, and PDF files for these two options. If your floor plan meets the required criteria, you may also attach it as a virtual tour. One example is the interactive CubiCasa Tour, available at a discount for MLS PIN customers. Give buyers the information they’re looking for and enhance your listings with one or more floor plans using CubiCasa.

With this update, it’s easier than ever to find exactly what you need without switching between tools. Enter an address or even a partial address to see all related listings and public records in one set of results. From there, select a list number or property address to open listing details or an Assessment and Sales Report. You can also quickly refine your results to show only listings or only public records with a single click or tap.
